So 2009 has rolled around, and I've started going to the Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) doing the Cert IV in Screen and Media course. So far it's been pretty boring, because I've been doing 3ds max for 2 years, and some people in my class are brand new to it, so we spent the first 2 days going over controls. It was good on the third day though, we started fairly detailed character modelling, I ended up making the shoulders and head of a ninja turtle (by accident ) which I might post a picture of when I bring the file home.

Guitar wise Dougy and I have been learning Brothers Keeper by Firewind and writing our own song at guitar lessons, but I think we might stop Brothers Keeper :S
Our guitar teacher had his first gig with a full band last night which was rad, if you like heavy music, go see 'em. I've also sort of been commissioned into doing their logo, which is a variation of the infinity symbol, because the bands name is Boundless.

Also on an unrelated note, I've been practising a bit of Japanese style tattoo stuff, because Im fairly interested in being a tattoo artist if my 3d stuff doesn't work out.
